Conduit Re appoints William Randolph as Chief Risk Officer



Conduit Holdings Limited, the ultimate parent company of Bermuda-based reinsurer Conduit Re, has announced the appointment of William Randolph as Chief Risk Officer.

Conduit Re William RandolphBased in Bermuda, Randolph will lead Conduit Re’s enterprise risk management function. He will report to CEO Neil Eckert and join the Executive Leadership Team.

Randolph brings 20 years of industry experience, primarily in the Bermuda and London markets.

He joins Conduit Re from Relm Insurance, where he served as Chief Risk Officer, a role he also held at Validus Re.

Prior to that, Randolph served as Senior Vice President, Reserving at RenaissanceRe and held a number of senior actuarial positions at companies including XL Catlin, AIG, and Aviva.

Eckert commented, “William is extremely well respected in the industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise risk management strategies. His leadership, technical knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our risk function, and reinforces Conduit Re’s commitment to maintaining the highest standard of governance.”
