Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced the promotion of two US Executive & Professional (E&P) lines leaders.

Based in Chicago, Shelley Norman has been appointed US E&P Lines Field Leader, and will be working with all E&P regional underwriting teams across the US.

Norman, who is bringing 30 years of experience to her new role, joined BHSI in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Management Liability following 25 years at AIG.

Brady Head has been promoted to E&P Product Lead, North America. Based in Atlanta, he will be responsible for all BHSI’s E&P Lines products in the region.

The executive, who has over three decades of industry experience, joined BHSI in 2020 as Head of Directors & Officers Liability.

BHSI provides a wide range of Executive & Professional Lines coverages as well as professional and transactional liability solutions in North America.

These offerings cater to public and private companies, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.
