Carl Pearse joins as Chief Technology Officer, leading the development of Loadsure\u2019s technology infrastructure while scaling its freight insurance products and distribution. Pearse joins from Super Payments, where he served as CTO.<\/p>\n
Tara Farrer has been appointed as Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO and executive team by driving strategic initiatives, improving cross-functional alignment, and enhancing decision-making. She previously served as SVP of Operations at APEXX Global.<\/p>\n
Prathap Chandran joins as EVP of Data, overseeing data strategies to drive innovation in freight insurance. He will optimise internal operations, support AI-driven risk and pricing models, and provide insights to improve the freight community. Chandran previously served as Enterprise Engineering Manager at Meta.<\/p>\n Jeremy Davis has been named as EVP of Strategy, where he will lead business planning, identify market opportunities, and align organisational goals to promote long-term growth and innovation. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Umbra Capital Partners.<\/p>\n Daisy Dong takes on the role of EVP Product, shaping Loadsure\u2019s product vision, strategy, and development using AI, automation, and data insights to meet the freight industry’s needs. She most recently served as Head of Enterprise Business at Cover Whale.<\/p>\n Matthew Dybus joins as VP of Ocean Marine, managing underwriting for Loadsure\u2019s Ocean Marine insurance risks, ensuring accurate risk assessment and pricing for comprehensive freight protection. Dybus previously worked as Senior Cargo Underwriter at Liberty Mutual.<\/p>\n Brian Hanuschak has been named VP of Inland Marine, where he will oversee underwriting for Inland Marine insurance, focusing on evaluating and managing risk to provide optimal protection for policyholders. He was previously Underwriting Team Lead and Senior Inland Marine Underwriter at AIG.<\/p>\n Michael Kennedy joins as VP of Partnerships, where he will develop strategic partnerships with logistics service providers, freighttech platforms, and other enterprise partners to expand access to Loadsure\u2019s freight protection solutions.
