In her new role, Townsend will be responsible for expanding and strengthening Brace\u2019s Managing General Agent (MGA) partnerships across the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n
She will also oversee existing client accounts and take a leading role in underwriting decisions and business operations within Brace\u2019s alternative risk portfolio.<\/p>\n
Townsend brings over ten years of underwriting experience, having worked exclusively at Hiscox. During her time there, she held various underwriting positions across multiple sectors, including aviation, aerospace, and political violence, most recently serving on the product recall team. Her broad background gives her a well-rounded view of the market and a solid grasp of diverse risk types.<\/p>\n
