Concert Group Holdings (Concert), a privately owned insurance holding company, has appointed Charles Slatery as Chair of the Group, and industry veteran Matthew Adams as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board.<\/p>\n

\"concert-group-logo\"Slatery is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of WT Holdings, Inc. He succeeds Brady Young, Founder and CEO of Strategic Risk Solutions.<\/p>\n

Young has held the position since Concert\u2019s inception in 2021 and will now continue to serve on the Board.<\/p>\n

Slatery commented, “This is an exciting time in the company\u2019s growth and development. I\u2019m looking forward to all that we will achieve at Concert in the next few years.<\/p>\n

“I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Brady for his leadership during the last four years and his belief in Concert\u2019s potential. I\u2019m pleased that he will continue to serve on the company\u2019s Board.”<\/p>\n

Adams is currently a member of the Boards of Fidelis Insurance Group, Mutual of America Financial Group, and Globe Life Inc.<\/p>\n

His career includes almost four decades with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where, as lead account partner, he advised the firm\u2019s largest and most complex global insurance clients.<\/p>\n

He joins Concert following the announcement that Jonathan Reiss, who served on the Board from Concert\u2019s inception, has stepped down.<\/p>\n

Slatery added, “I am delighted to welcome Matt to the Board of Directors. His impressive skill set as well as his extensive industry experience will be of huge benefit as we work to achieve our goal of establishing a leadership role for Concert in the fronting sector.<\/p>\n

“We are all grateful to Jonathan for his contributions to Concert during the early stages of the company\u2019s development and, on behalf of the Board, thank him sincerely for his service.”<\/p>\n
