Serrault has nearly two decades of industry experience, including nearly a decade of leadership experience at Lockton.<\/p>\nLockton, a privately held insurance brokerage, has appointed Nick Serrault as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its US operations, reporting to Tim Ryan, Lockton\u2019s US President, based in Texas.<\/p>\n
Serrault has nearly two decades of industry experience, including nearly a decade of leadership experience at Lockton.<\/p>\n
Most recently, he was the COO of Lockton Dunning, the firm\u2019s People Solutions business in Texas and Louisiana. In the role, he led the regional team through a period of consistent double-digit growth and helped position the business for long-term scalability.<\/p>\n
Ryan commented on the appointment, “Nick is a trusted leader with a strong track record of success, and I\u2019m excited to partner with him. He\u2019s helped one of our largest and most innovative People Solutions operations thrive\u2014and now he\u2019ll bring that same focus and impact at a national level.\u201d<\/p>\n

I\u2019m excited to carry that same mindset to our broader U.S. operations and work alongside the U.S. leadership team.”<\/p>\n
As Serrault transitions into the national COO role, the broker has promoted Mark Kuonen to succeed him in his previous role. He is also based in Dallas and will oversee operations and business development for the region, including Dallas, Plano, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge.<\/p>\n Kuonen has been with Lockton for 18 years and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Core Health & Welfare Practice Leader. He led a significant restructuring effort, helping the team scale while enhancing client service and creating new opportunities for Lockton\u2019s industry-leading talent.<\/p>\n Steve Idoux, Chief Executive Officer, Lockton Dunning, commented, “Mark has helped shape our strategy, drive our growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders.
