Global claims services provider McLarens has announced the appointment of Danny Miller as Chief Global Strategy Officer (CGSO), a newly created role within the firm’s Global Management Team (GMT).
In his new role, Miller will focus on long-term strategic planning, evaluation of M&A opportunities, and enterprise-level initiatives that further strengthen McLarens’ position as a partner of choice for clients worldwide.
With over three decades of progressive leadership experience in the insurance and loss adjusting sectors, the executive brings a forward-thinking approach to corporate strategy, underpinned by extensive technical knowledge of claims operations and market dynamics.
As CGSO, Miller will be reporting directly to Gary Brown, Chief Executive Officer at McLarens, who commented: “Danny’s appointment marks an exciting step forward as we expand our Global C-Suite to support the next phase of our strategic journey.

A well respected figure in the global market, Miller’s leadership portfolio spans senior executive roles at major firms such as Knight Commercial, Sedgwick, and York.
There, he drove high-impact initiatives in claims management, strategy development, M&A integration, and digital transformation.
His operational expertise includes both domestic and international claims handling, catastrophe (CAT) operations, and workforce development.
