Concert Group Holdings (Concert), a privately owned insurance holding company, has appointed Charles Slatery as Chair of the Group, and industry veteran Matthew Adams as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board.

Slatery is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of WT Holdings, Inc. He succeeds Brady Young, Founder and CEO of Strategic Risk Solutions.

Young has held the position since Concert’s inception in 2021 and will now continue to serve on the Board.

Slatery commented, “This is an exciting time in the company’s growth and development. I’m looking forward to all that we will achieve at Concert in the next few years.

“I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Brady for his leadership during the last four years and his belief in Concert’s potential. I’m pleased that he will continue to serve on the company’s Board.”

Adams is currently a member of the Boards of Fidelis Insurance Group, Mutual of America Financial Group, and Globe Life Inc.

His career includes almost four decades with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where, as lead account partner, he advised the firm’s largest and most complex global insurance clients.

He joins Concert following the announcement that Jonathan Reiss, who served on the Board from Concert’s inception, has stepped down.

Slatery added, “I am delighted to welcome Matt to the Board of Directors. His impressive skill set as well as his extensive industry experience will be of huge benefit as we work to achieve our goal of establishing a leadership role for Concert in the fronting sector.
