MSIG USA, a provider of specialty insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of David Petrone as Northeast region distribution leader.

Petrone will leverage his over three decades of industry experience to drive regional distribution strategy, deepening broker and client relationships, and supporting MSIG USA’s underwriting capabilities with market insights and strategic alignment.

The executive is joining MSIG USA from Chubb following a tenure of almost 12 years, where he served as major accounts New York zone leader and led client strategy and revenue growth across one of the company’s most significant regions.

He also served as a managing director and senior client executive at Marsh for over ten years, where he advised Fortune 1000 clients and managed complex commercial accounts.

As Northeast region distribution leader for MSIG USA, Petrone will report to Joseph Fitzpatrick, head of distribution for MSIG USA, who commented: “David Petrone has a long track record of strengthening broker and client relationships and delivering strategic growth in competitive markets.
