Aventum names MS Amlin’s Uden Head of Learning & Development

International re/insurance group Aventum has appointed a new Head of Learning & Development, Jeff Uden.

aventum-logoIn his new role, Uden will work collaboratively with the wider HR team across all aspects of Aventum’s holistic talent strategy including appraisals and engagement, growth and development, culture and performance, training academy and apprenticeships.

With over 23 years of HR experience, he joins Aventum from MS Amlin where he was Senior Talent & Development Manager. Prior to that he was Head of Talent at Iceland and held strategic HR roles at Morrisons and Argos.

Commenting on his appointment, Uden said: “I’m excited to join such a progressive organisation, fuelled by a passion to empower everyone to reach their full potential and exceed expectations.
