Global insurance broker Acrisure has announced the appointment of Bill Farber as Head of Growth for its Mid-Atlantic Region to drive regional growth and capitalise on emerging business opportunities.
In his new role, Farber will oversee growth strategies that align with Acrisure’s vision of making an impact with tech-driven solutions across the insurance and financial services sectors.
The Mid-Atlantic Region encompasses Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. Clients in this region have access to Acrisure’s full array of products with Real Estate, Staffing, Construction, Transportation, Health & Human Services, Not for Profit, Biotech/Life Science, Municipalities and Healthcare being the top sectors serviced.
With over three decades of experience in asset protection and risk management, Farber has deep roots in Berlin, PA and throughout Southwest Pennsylvania.

Farber’s appointment follows the recent unification of all Acrisure partners under a single brand nationwide. This marks a significant step in the company’s strategic growth within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Since the Mid-Atlantic Region’s rebranding in 2024, Farber has played a crucial role in its development as a member of the Advisory Council. Since then, the region has experienced significant growth, most notably in: complex benefits, tech-enabled benefits, complex casualty, and pension actuarial.
Farber has longstanding ties to Southwest Pennsylvania, having served as President and CEO of Agency Partner Donner-Farber & Associates, Inc., a respected local business in Berlin, PA, before joining Acrisure.
